All tickets purchased through the Amman Comedy Club website are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the payment is completed, except in exceptional cases determined by the Club.

1. Show Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event of show cancellation, postponement, or significant changes (such as venue, date, or performer changes), Amman Comedy Club reserves the absolute right to determine the appropriate compensation method, which may include:

• Considering the ticket valid for attendance at the rescheduled show or replacement event.
• Issuing a Credit Voucher equivalent to the ticket value for use on future Club shows.
• Refunding the ticket value in cash in very limited cases determined by the Club and after reviewing each case individually.

2. Force Majeure Clause:

In the event that the cancellation or postponement results from circumstances beyond the Club’s control and responsibility (such as natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, epidemics, or mandatory government decisions), the Club’s obligation is limited to offering rescheduling or credit voucher options. The Club is not obligated to provide direct cash refunds except in cases where alternative options are completely unavailable and at the sole discretion of Club management.

3. Liability Disclaimer:

Amman Comedy Club is not responsible for any consequential losses or additional expenses incurred by the customer (such as travel costs, accommodation, or transportation) resulting from show cancellation or postponement.

4. Refund Processing (If Approved):

If a cash refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the same original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

تعد جميع التذاكر المباعة عبر موقع نادي عمّان للكوميديا نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام عملية الدفع، إلا في الحالات الاستثنائية التي يقررها النادي.

1. إلغاء أو تأجيل العرض:

في حال إلغاء العرض أو تأجيله أو تغييره بشكل جوهري (مثل تغيير المكان أو التاريخ)، يحتفظ نادي عمّان للكوميديا بالحق المطلق في تحديد آلية التعويض المناسبة، والتي قد تشمل:

• اعتبار التذكرة صالحة لحضور العرض في موعده الجديد أو الحدث البديل.
• إصدار رصيد ائتماني (Credit Voucher) بقيمة التذكرة لاستخدامه في عروض النادي المستقبلية.
• استرداد قيمة التذكرة نقداً في حالات محدودة جداً يقدرها النادي وبعد مراجعة كل حالة على حدة.

2. بند القوة القاهرة (Force Majeure):

في حال كان الإلغاء أو التأجيل ناتجاً عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادة وسيطرة النادي (مثل الكوارث الطبيعية، الحروب، الاضطرابات، الأوبئة، أو القرارات الحكومية الملزمة)، يقتصر التزام النادي على تقديم خيار إعادة الجدولة أو الرصيد الائتماني، ولا يلتزم النادي بالاسترداد النقدي المباشر إلا في حال تعذر توفير البدائل الأخرى تماماً وبقرار من إدارة النادي.

3. إخلاء المسؤولية:

نادي عمّان للكوميديا غير مسؤول عن أي خسائر تبعية أو مصاريف إضافية يتكبدها العميل (مثل تكاليف السفر، الإقامة، أو المواصلات) نتيجة لإلغاء أو تأجيل العرض.

4. آلية الاسترداد (في حال الموافقة):

في حال إقرار الاسترداد النقدي، يتم رد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حساب العميل من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب سياسة البنك المزود للخدمة.
