At Amman Comedy Club, we strive to provide the best entertainment experiences for our valued audience. To ensure transparency and clarity, our cancellation policy is outlined below:

1. Cancellation or Postponement of Shows by the Club:

Should Amman Comedy Club cancel or postpone any show for any reason, including but not limited to, Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, or any circumstances beyond the Club’s control, customers will be notified immediately via the email address registered during the purchase process, as well as through the Club’s official channels (website, social media).

In such cases, the Club reserves the right to offer one of the following options to its customers, at its sole discretion:

• Rescheduled Show: The ticket remains valid for the new date of the postponed show.
• Credit Voucher: Issuance of a credit voucher equivalent to the ticket value, to be used for purchasing tickets for future shows at the Club.
• Ticket Refund: In exceptional cases determined by the Club, a refund of the paid ticket value may be issued. The refund mechanism will be announced at the time.

Amman Comedy Club disclaims any responsibility for additional compensation or indirect losses that the customer may incur (such as travel or accommodation expenses) as a result of a show’s cancellation or postponement.

2. Ticket Cancellation by the Customer:

Customers cannot cancel tickets or request refunds after the purchase process has been completed under any circumstances. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
